The Briarwood Fun Run is coming soon, and this year we’re turning up the fun with our first-ever BUBBLE RUN!

🎯 School Fundraising Goal: $30,000

This is our biggest fundraiser of the year, and the money raised directly supports Briarwood students, programs and activities throughout the school year. And this year, we have some extra-fun incentives to get everyone excited!

🐺 NEW THIS YEAR: GREAT WOLF LODGE!

Boosterthon is partnering with Great Wolf Lodge, and Briarwood has a pretty amazing challenge ahead of us:

If we reach our $30,000 school fundraising goal, EVERY registered Fun Run student will receive ONE complimentary day pass to the Great Wolf Lodge water park! 🌊🐺

That means every student can help us work toward unlocking this reward for our school!

And the fun starts right away...

Register your student + receive at least ONE donation, and they’ll earn their very own pair of WOLF EARS! 🐺

Registration opens Monday, September 28. Once registration opens, families will be able to create their student’s fundraising page and begin sharing it with friends and family.

Students will earn points that can be redeemed for prizes online, giving them the chance to choose rewards they’re excited about as they participate.

Then on Friday, October 9, students will celebrate all of their hard work at the Briarwood Bubble Fun Run!

Our goal is to raise $30,000 together, and every registration, donation and share helps get us closer.

Get ready, Briarwood — bubbles, wolf ears, prizes and a whole lot of school spirit are coming! 🫧🐺❤️💙

Popcorn Friday is one of our most beloved programs! It takes volunteers to keep this very loved program going! If you would like to volunteer, you can sign up HERE!

Upcoming Popcorn Fridays coming will be:

- November 20th

ISD requires that any and all volunteers in their schools submit a background check every year. Applications will open up on August 7th! Apply as soon as possible! Processing times can vary! You can apply HERE!

Please note, if you sign up to volunteer and you are not approved, you will be turned away for failure to comply with district policy. Unfortunately, this has happened in the past. Please do not let this happen to you. We want all that want to volunteer to be able to. The intention of this policy is to keep our students safe.
